Outdoor Activities Adviser

Outdoor activities are traditionally a fun part of the Guiding programme.

The Guiding Manual sets out the full range of outdoor activities and gives guidelines for their safe participation. It is the responsibility of all unit leaders to refer to these and to ensure the safety of all the girls in their care.

THE OUTDOOR TEAM

The role of the outdoor team is to promote and encourage outdoor activities, giving all our members young and old the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in a safe environment.

RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCES

Girlguiding is synonymous with enjoying the outdoors and where better to do this than while on a holiday and at camp. Your Division camp and pack holiday advisers have an up-to-date list of places you can go. Further information is also available from the Residential Adviser's page
