Most Brownies are aged 7 to 10 years, although some stay longer. Membership is voluntary and open to any girl, regardless of faith, race, culture, nationality or any circumstance, provided she is able to understand and make the Promise.

Brownies meet in a safe and creative environment, with one adult leader to every eight girls. Whilst at a meeting the girls enjoy all sorts of activities – games, sports, singing, making things, holidays, making friends, learning to help others. Most of all JUST HAVING FUN.
