For the Girls

	Go For Its! Go For Its! are themed activity resources that girls use to plan their Patrol times. The packs are expected to provide activities for a Patrol for about half a term, allowing for a couple of weeks when other activities might be done. So why not try Go For It! Chocolate or Go For It! Parties.
	Interest Badges Interest badges can be worked towards either as a unit, Patrol or individually. This is where you can work towards something that you are especially interested in, from circus skills to film lover. Ask your Guider if you can look at all the badges that are available, there is something to suit everyone!
	Challenge Badges These take around a year to complete, so there are four different coloured badges! To gain these you complete Guide challenges over a 1 year period, such as Go For Its! and Interest badges, and take part in some Guiding events.
	Baden Powell Award The ultimate Guide challenge is the Baden Powell Challenge. The BP Challenge is the highest individual achievement a Guide can gain. To reward the Guide’s achievements and celebrate her gaining this prestigious award, the Guide attends a Baden Powell Adventure, a weekend of fun with Guides from all over the country.
	What can I do after Guides? Join the Senior Section Work towards Look Wider Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme (from 14 years) Queen’s Guide Award (from 16years) Become a Young Leader with Rainbows, Brownies or Guides
