Bitton Guide and Brownie Headquarters is a charity and run independently by Bitton Guide & Brownie HQ Management Committee located on the outskirts of Bitton village. Bitton HQ is close to local shops and on main bus routes to Bristol, Keynsham & Bath.
Bitton HQ is available to hire during the week, during school holidays and at weekends making it the ideal venue for all your Girlguiding needs!
The building has both indoor and outdoor facilities, a hall, fully fitted kitchen, meeting room, toilets, and a shower.
To hire Headquarters, the rates are as follows:
| Up to 2hrs | £30.00 |
| 2-4hrs | £40.00 |
| 4-9hrs | £75.00 |
| Overnight 9-24hrs | £100.00** |
| **Maximum number is 24, including leaders, for overnight visits. | |
| Charges include gas, electricity and water but DO NOT include cleaning products. | |
Please note, a £25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the booking.
A special “Thanks for Visiting Bitton Guiding HQ” badge is available. These cost £1.25 each and need to be pre-ordered before your visit.

Ways To Support Bitton Guide and Brownie Headquarters
At Bitton Guide and Brownie Headquarters we are continuing to do what we can to help keep our fees down! If you, or your unit can help us we’d be grateful.
We are recycling:
- Used postage stamps
- Empty ink cartridges
We continue to collect:
- 20ps in Smartie Tubes
We regularly run a quiz and entry sheets can be purchased for £1 and an annual 100-club information can be obtained by emailing bittonhq@girlguidingbsg.org.uk
We also have our own clothing bank! We are looking for any unwanted clothes, shoes, handbags, belts, bedding, towels, curtains, and soft toys. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pillows, duvets, cushions, bric-a-brac, hard toys, books, or wet items. If you can support us, please place your donations in a sealed bag in the clothing bank which can be found in our garden.
